If your application is not accepted, you will receive an email notification stating that the session has been cancelled before the scheduled time.

Missed & Rescheduled Sessions
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per session.
No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.
Final Grace: I allow one final opportunity to reschedule if an emergency arises, but repeated missed sessions (two or more) will result in loss of the session.
