The CALLED
TERMS & CONDITIONS: I am signing up for The CALLED. I agree that Janel Lowers and her company Faithology University can charge my card for the monthly cost currently indicated.

REFUND POLICY: Please note that we do not offer refunds for canceled memberships. Any remaining time on your membership will be active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once processed the first recurrent payment for The CALLED becomes non-refundable. However, you do have the option to cancel at any time.

CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your membership, we respect your decision. Please note that once you leave The CALLED, you will no longer be eligible for the current monthly rate. Our pricing is subject to change, and rejoining at a later date may require paying an updated membership fee.
  • To cancel your membership, please email janel@faithologyuniversity. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of a 7-day notice if you wish to cancel before your next business cycle. This allows us to fully process your request and ensure a smooth transition.
MISSED PAYMENT POLICY: If your payment is declined, we will make an attempt to re-bill the provided payment method. If the payment remains unpaid after 7 days from the initial decline, we will take the following action.
  • Remove you from The CALLED, email communications, and access to The CALLED Attractwell Vault.
  • This will process as a cancellation of your membership.
  • Once your membership is canceled due to missed payments, the return policy will be in effect.
