Today, I'm breaking down the top three steps every aspiring Kingdom Mompreneur needs to follow. So let’s dive in.
Are You Feeling Stuck in the Rat Race?
Maybe you feel like you’re working just to pay bills, with no sense of real fulfillment.
You feel like you’re not truly living out God’s calling on your life. Sound familiar? If so, these three steps will help you unlock your purpose and start thriving.
Step 1: Discover Your Unique Gifts and Purpose
Your first priority is to realize that you are a Kingdom Citizen. Before you were even born, God already designed an assignment and purpose for your life. But it’s up to you to uncover it.
God created each of us with a unique purpose, a calling to answer someone else’s problem. You are blessed with specific gifts, skills, experiences, and expertise that God wants you to use. T
he Lord isn’t going to create any of us without a purpose!
Take some time to reflect on:
- What brings you joy? What are you good at?
- Which activities make you lose track of time?
- What experiences and knowledge do you have that could help others?
How to Uncover Your Purpose:
- Read the Word of God – The more you seek Him, the more He reveals to you.
- Do the Inner Work – Journal, meditate, and ask God for clarity on your purpose.
- Ask Questions -Seek God’s direction, and He will reveal more of His plans for you.
Remember, only the Creator can tell you why you were created. Look to God, and He will guide you toward your purpose.
Step 2: Develop Your Skills, Talents, and Passions
After discovering your unique gifts and talents, it’s time to develop them.
Take what you’re passionate about and improve your skills.
If you’re a writer, become better at storytelling. If you’re drawn to health, learn about holistic wellness. Whatever your calling is, dive into it deeply. God gave you this gift, but it’s up to you to nurture it.
For instance, one area I’m passionate about is hormonal health. As a nurse, I’m constantly learning about our bodies and how our environment affects us.
I’ve studied how certain products in our homes can harm us and our families. My goal is to make my home safe, toxin-free, and aligned with God’s design for health.
How to Develop Your Skills:
- Read books related to your interests.
- Take courses to deepen your knowledge.
- Practice your skills daily—if God has called you to be a speaker, work on your public speaking.
The more you invest in your gifts, the more effective you will be in serving others and living out your purpose.
Step 3: Deliver Your Gifts to the World
Once you’ve discovered your gifts and developed them, the final step is to deliver them. Sharing your gifts with others is a vital part of living a purposeful life.
This is where you step into your Kingdom calling as a Mompreneur. If you’re a Kingdom citizen with a calling, don’t bottle it up. Holding back keeps you in a place of stagnation.
God has placed an assignment on your life, and He is calling you to share your gifts to help others.
Today, there are countless ways to share your gifts—digital guides, online courses, coaching sessions, and more.
Here’s a Real-Life Example:
Say you’re passionate about finances and have successfully paid off debt.
Create a budgeting guide to help other moms get their finances in order. You could turn that guide into an ebook, sell it, and make a profit while helping others.
When you’re aligned with your purpose, the work doesn’t feel like a “job”—it’s fulfilling, impactful, and financially rewarding.
